CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE

I couldn’t imagine life without it. There would be an empty space in my heart.
It doesn’t matter, whenever someone asks me if I want cake, even if I just had eaten 2 big portions of fries with a burger or 2 plates spaghetti, my answer will always be YES! I couldn’t refuse the offer, even if I wanted to. Just by writing about it, it makes my mouth water. It is a gift from heaven!

Once in a while, I make it myself and I think you guys will be very gratefull of the favor I am about to do you. I present to you the recipe for the most delicious lava cake:

– First you melt 100g black Belgian chocolate with 110g butter.

– Now you should take a new bowl and mix 2 eggs, 2 egg yolks and 100g sugar until it is one smooth mixture.

– You can now sift 50g flouer into the mixture.

– To finish you add the melted chocolate and butter to the batter.

– After a while in the fridge it’s ready to be baked and served.

– when you have buttered the moulds and put some flouer in them, you can put in the batter and leave it in the oven for 10 minutes (on 210 degrees)
