How do I think about food?

Lots of people don’t eat the food which they crave for. With the reason of having a little bit to much body weight and than they are scared of the opinion of others. Sometimes people will start counting calories. I think that is not a good idea, a lot of people get obsessed with it. It’s very dangerous to go too far and having a lot of problems with your health.

My vision about food is the absolute opposite. You have to eat what you like. If you want a piece of cake, just take it! Of course you also have to take care of your body by sporting and eating some healthy things. But along with other treats for yourself. As long as the food does not disturb your health, you just should eat it. Think about it. When you are old, you can be the little, thin lady, who missed out on some good times because she didn’t enjoyed the tings she did and eat or you can be the chubby old lady. That lady who enjoyed life, who took all opportunities to make herself happy. In the end it is all about the good memories, not about ‘the good looks’.
